We are constantly looking to improve the living experience of our residents.  Our newest development, La Valencia at Starwood, was named the “Green Multifamily Project of the Year” by the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB).  In addition to the national recognition, on a regional level La Valencia was named “Green Project of the Year” and was a finalist in the Best Rental Community categories for the Dallas Homebuilder’s Association’s McSam Builders Award.

Since 1955, Tonti Properties has built a reputation as a respected industry leader by providing apartment communities that are founded on quality and service.  Creekwood Real Estate Services was originally founded in 1989 as a specialty practice group within Tonti Properties to assist owners and lenders with distressed assets.  Particular emphasis was on multifamily communities.  Current market conditions have led Tonti Properties to again turn its focus back to this specialty area.  In 2008, Creekwood began to again actively pursue distressed asset management assignments.
